The Washington Post Lounge at Cannes Lions
I led the art direction for The Post’s space at the 2025 Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity, showcasing its new essence on a global, high profile setting.
The Post’s presence at Cannes Lions marked a pivotal time for the company: it had recently launched its third newsroom and announced its new mission statement. The festival presented and opportunity for the brand to reintroduce itself and showcase its new approach to storytelling and the adoption of AI.
From spatial design to branded touchpoints, I oversaw a cohesive experience that positioned the Post as a bold, forward-thinking voice — driving engagement, visibility, and connection with key industry audiences. I designed the art direction of the lounge to reflect the company’s rebirth and future-facing attitude, leaning into elegant yet technologic motifs and a color palette that breathe “euro summer.”
